Annual Employment Law Conference

Attorney General Gentner Drummond’s office is hosting its annual Employment Law Conference with sessions on July 11 in Tulsa and July 18 in Oklahoma City. This free event, organized by the Office of Civil Rights Enforcement, is open for registration. The conference will address current issues in employment law, such as equal employment practices, social and political expression in the workplace, and religious accommodations in dress codes. Participants can earn Continuing Education Credits.

Eric Di Giacomo, acting chief of the Civil Rights Enforcement division, highlights that the conference features a distinguished group of attorneys and aims to help small businesses, HR professionals, and attorneys stay compliant. Speakers include representatives from the Attorney General’s office, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and notable employment law experts.
