Being honest with yourself is a key component to a solid start, and Excellence in Entrepreneurship. Are you independent, confident, creative, and persuasive? Are you organized, a quick decision maker, and a good negotiator? You may have a desire to start a business, but do you have a minimum viable product (MVP)? Is your product a new invention, an upgrade to an existing one, and who is your competition?
No one is completely ready when starting a business, but that’s where OBE comes in. We’ll help you conduct a self-appraisal, and focus on the core value of your product or service and the features that your target consumer really needs.
