The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education recently launched a new “micro-credentials” website that should make it easier for people to gain in-demand job skills and for businesses to hire or retain skilled workers. is a website that provides “alternative learning pathways” for people to follow in order to advance their career prospects in industries with critical talent shortages. Through partnerships with local colleges and universities, businesses can tap into a skills-verified hiring pool (or) retain talent by upskilling existing employees.
